A jam packed day

Thanks to everyone who came and participated in The Collective’s strawberry jam class on Sunday.

My favorite parts of the day:

- The conversations at the tables: we now have a tv show in the works thanks to Jenna, Hollie and Joe

- People were tossing stems and reject berries over their heads into the fowl pen on the side of the yard. It pays to do this activity outside

- We made 134 pints of jam in less than 2 hours and even had a celebratory toast thanks to Jere bringing bubbles.
